Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth through active client acquisition. This is an on-the-ground, field-facing role: you will regularly meet clients face-to-face, conduct demonstrations, and guide prospects from initial outreach through final onboarding. (Note: All business travel expenses are fully covered by the company).

Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Client Acquisition: Generate leads, schedule meetings, and visit corporate clients, ports, government bodies, and industrial partners to close deals and onboard recent accounts.
Technical Presentations: Demonstrate Seaverse’s products, translate complex engineering capabilities into clear business value,



and handle negotiations.
Proposals & Pipeline: Coordinate with the technical and management teams to draft quotations, tenders, and proposals while managing the sales pipeline.
Targeted Marketing: Assist in creating collateral (brochures, case studies) and represent Seaverse at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Key Requirements
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development (maritime, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
