As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you'll identify and engage enterprise prospects across North America, Europe, APAC, and other global markets, and create qualified opportunities for our enterprise sales teams.
This is not a traditional cold-calling role. You'll use cutting-edge AI tools, sales intelligence platforms, and multi-channel outreach to work smarter, not harder. Think of it as applied problem-solving: research a target, understand their challenges, engineer the right message, and open the door to a conversation.
You'll work alongside experienced Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and AI-powered systems — learning modern enterprise selling from day one.

What You'll Do
Research and identify enterprise accounts that fit Zycus' Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other sales intelligence platforms.
Use AI tools to personalize outreach at scale across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across global markets.
