Alphatech Solutions is a Kolkata-based engineering company specialising in Industrial Automation Systems serving factories and various Industries. We are expanding our Sales and Marketing Team and are seeking a qualified candidate for this role to support our growth and success.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a full-time, on-site team member for the Sales and Marketing role for our office at Mani Casadona, New Town, Kolkata. The Team Member will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating leads for Alphatech Solutions. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients across industrial automation sector. Regular client visits, product presentations, demonstrations and participation in exhibitions or industry events will be part of the role. The candidate will also be expected to maintain the sales pipeline, update CRM records and achieve assigned sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to business development are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the Company’s growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Promote the Company’s products and services to achieve business objectives.
Generate, qualify, and manage sales opportunities through regular follow-ups.
Prepare and coordinate the submission of quotations, proposals, and documents.
Support the Company’s marketing and brand promotion initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
QUALIFICATION
Prior experience (0-3 years) in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
