Lead and manage the land acquisition process for projects.
Provide expert advice and guidance on land acquisition strategies and legal compliance.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and productive land acquisition.
Manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition.
Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to land acquisition.
Resolve any issues or disputes related to land acquisition.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land acquisition activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
