We are looking for a energetic and execution-focused Marketing Executive to drive retail marketing initiatives, social media content creation, brand coordination, and local customer engagement activities. The role requires a hands-on individual who can seamlessly work across stores, digital platforms, brand partners, influencers, and internal teams to enhance customer acquisition, footfalls, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Plan and execute store-level marketing campaigns to drive walk-ins and customer acquisition.
Organize and manage events, adoption drives, veterinary camps, workshops, pet meetups, and community engagement activities.
Coordinate local marketing activities including housing society activations, corporate tie-ups, flyers, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
Track campaign effectiveness through footfall, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
Work closely with store teams to ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives.
Social Media & Content Creation




Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles.
Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
Assist in planning monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate shoots with stores, groomers, veterinarians, customers, and pets.
Stay updated on trends and generate creative content ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Monitor community engagement and respond to customer interactions where required.
Brand Coordination
Coordinate with partner brands for co-marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, and in-store visibility.
Ensure timely execution of brand-funded marketing activities and merchandising initiatives.
Follow up with brand partners for marketing assets, approvals, budgets, and campaign deliverables.
