Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Design Manufacturing Engineer (1-2 yrs Exp). In this role, you will be responsible for creating and refining product designs, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring efficient mechanical engineering solutions, with Key Focus on Refrigeration system design, General Mechanical Design and Sheet Metal fabrication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturability aligns with design specifications and industry standards while delivering innovative and functional products.

Qualifications
A strong ideator and passion for Innovation
Experience in Metal/Plastics Design and Fabrication techniques
Refrigeration system field experience is advantage
Experience and Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication methods, Welding, Laser Cut, CNC Bending
Good Understanding of design principles
Good Understanding of different Engineering Grade Materials
Robust foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and their practical application
Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools and simulation software is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
Experience in prototyping and product testing is a plus
Basic Handson with Electronics is advantage
