About the Role
We are looking for a energetic Business Development Specialist who will drive business growth for Globetrek Overseas in Study Abroad and Work Visa verticals. The role involves generating quality leads, converting enquiries, building B2B partnerships, and achieving monthly targets through proactive calling, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and take complete ownership of the assigned regional area for Study Abroad and Work Visa business.
Lead, guide,



and monitor the performance of the team working under you.
Set daily/weekly targets for the team and ensure they are achieved.
Build, develop, and strengthen B2B partnerships (agents, institutes, consultants, freelancers, etc.) in the assigned region.
Maintain regular communication and healthy relationships with existing partners.
Drive student applications and work visa cases from the region through the team and partners.
Monitor lead conversion, application flow, and overall regional performance.
Coordinate with the central counselling, operations, and visa processing teams for smooth execution.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide necessary guidance/training to team members.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of data, reports, and status by the team.
Represent Globetrek Overseas professionally in the assigned region.
Share weekly and monthly performance reports with the management.
