Skills and Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of UX design principles, methodologies, and processes.
Ability to translate project requirements into thoughtful design solutions while contributing to the overall vision and direction of the project.
Comfortable interacting with clients to understand their expectations, requirements, and business objectives.
Hands-on experience with Figma, including creating components,
auto layouts, and interactive prototypes to build efficient and scalable designs.
Ability to create detailed feature lists and information architectures based on project requirements.
Strong ability to create high-fidelity wireframes and user interfaces with attention to detail and design quality.
Experience conducting or contributing to user interviews and research when required.
Ability to mentor, manage, and guide 2–3 junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet project timelines.
Stay updated with current UX/UI trends, design practices, and industry developments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain design decisions.
Open to feedback and demonstrates a positive, collaborative attitude towards learning and improvement.
