We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head – Franchise Development & Brand Licensing to lead our Pan-India expansion. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end franchisee acquisition, establishing brand licensing frameworks, lead generation, investor onboarding, and managing ongoing partner relationships to maintain educational quality and brand integrity

Candidate Profile :
Designation : Head / Director of Franchise Development & Brand Licensing
Education : MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or Operations (Tier 1 / Tier 2 B-School preferred).
Experience : 8–12+ years of overall skilled experience, with at least 4+ years of specific experience in K–12 school franchising/licensing in India.

Preferably experienced in working with school groups, education chains, or multi-campus educational institutions.
Proven track record in franchise development, business development, institutional partnerships, or education expansion.

Domain Knowledge: Robust understanding of CBSE affiliation norms, state NOC requirements, land/infrastructure guidelines,



and licensing legal contracts (Royalty, Term, Territorial Rights).
Key Skills : Deal structuring, investor pitch presentation, catchment site-selection analysis, legal contract negotiation, franchisee audit/SOP implementation.
Mobility : Willingness to travel extensively across Pan-India target regions (Tier 2/3 cities are major growth drivers).

Identify potential investors, real estate developers, trusts, and societies seeking to establish CBSE schools.
