About Position:

We are seeking an experienced ICD-ICM Billing Lead Engineer to join our Insurance practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ICD-ICM Billing or Distribution Management, Java technologies, and insurance product engineering. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across the product lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

Understand domain/client requirements and develop quality software using software engineering principles and best practices.
Create scalable and reusable designs using Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology.
Drive discussions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Analyze and resolve issues during testing and production support phases.
Estimate development effort and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
Develop APIs and interfaces for enterprise applications.




Support application deployment using CI/CD practices.
Mentor and guide development teams for JB4 roles.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong experience working on ICD-ICM Billing or Distribution Management solutions.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Java technologies.
Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL, REST and SOAP Web Services.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern web standards.
Experience with source control and build management tools such as SVN.
Strong application design and technical leadership capabilities (for JB4 roles).
Prior knowledge of Billing platforms such as Duck Creek or Guidewire is preferred.
Experience in Broker/Channel Management and Commission Processing is desirable.
Prior knowledge of Billing platforms such as Duck Creek or Guidewire is preferred.
Exposure to North American Life & Annuity products is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Agile/Secure development
