Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive located in Dera Bassi. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various positions across the organization. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements,



create job postings, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates. Day-to-day tasks include conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers, and supporting offer negotiations in alignment with company policies. The role also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR standards, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires.
