GoDaddy's Strategy, Enablement, Acquisitions & Legal (SEAL) team is looking for a CLM Analyst/Engineer to help build and improve our contract lifecycle management platform. Working at the intersection of legal operations and technology, you will configure Ironclad workflows, develop automation for contract review and approvals, and help introduce AI-powered solutions that make contracting more efficient and self-service for teams across the business.
This role goes beyond platform administration You will partner with legal and other teams to translate legal policies, playbooks, and approval processes into scalable workflows and automation.
Success in this role comes from combining knowledge of commercial contracting with strong technical and problem-solving skills to deliver reliable processes, improve data quality, and build a better contracting experience for our teams.
What you'll get to do...
Develop, build, test, and improve contract workflows in Ironclad, including intake forms, approval processes, document generation, e-signature workflows, and post-signature tracking
Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, data structures, and reporting to support consistent, accurate, and scalable contract management
Monitor platform performance, solve issues, manage releases, and use data and insights to find opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience
Partner with Legal, Procurement, Privacy, Security, Finance, and other teams to translate contracting requirements into practical, automated solutions
