ØWe are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead, Practice Leader and
Solution Architect to lead global HR transformation projects.
ØCandidate must have more than 18 years of experience in the areas of SAP HCM,
SAP SuccessFactors implementations, Employee Central configuration, Payroll,
Talent, Performance management, Compensation, Learning management, business
process design, and integration with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and third-party systems,
with a strong focus on scalability, compliance, and cloud transformation
initiatives like RISE and GROW with SAP.
ØPlay the role of solution architect for global customers requiring
implementation of HXM processes through SAP SuccessFactors
ØLead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules across global
clients.
ØConduct workshops to gather business requirements and design global HR
processes.
ØConfigure Employee Central objects, workflows, business rules, and event
derivations.
ØImplement and configure SuccessFactors Learning Management.
ØManage integrations with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party




applications.
ØEnsure compliance with global HR regulations, data privacy, and localization
requirements.
ØOversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning.
ØProvide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for
cloud-based HR transformation.
ØSupport pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and
proposal development.
ØMentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality
deliverables.

Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives

Mandatory technical & functional skills

•18+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 10 years as
solution architect and leading implementation teams.
•Robust hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors modules, LMS,
workflows, and business rules.
•Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and SAP
Identity Authentication Service.
