Role Summary

Program Manager with experience in software project and program management, delivering complex, multi-team, multi-release enterprise applications.

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of experience in software project and program management
End-to-end software development lifecycle management
Program planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, dependency management, and critical path execution
Project/program tracking tools ? Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent
Capacity planning, resource forecasting, and utilization management
Program financial management ? budgeting, forecasting, and forecast-vs-actual tracking
Program-level risk, issue, and change management
Executive-level dashboards, insights, and reports




Experience coordinating delivery in Scrum and scaled delivery environments
Experience leveraging AI and data-driven insights for program planning, forecasting, risk identification, and delivery predictability
Exposure to AI-enabled tools/platforms for reporting automation or engineering efficiency
Cross-functional stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, Finance, and Business
Stakeholder communication, executive reviews, and escalation management across global teams

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
