Role : Banner HR Consultant

Experience Range : 2 to 5 years of Banner Human Resources / Payroll experience
Location: Pan India

Skill Set:

• Comprehensive functional expertise in Banner Human Resources, Position Control, and Employee/Job Records Management, including organizational structures, position budgeting, and workforce planning strategies

• Deep operational knowledge of Payroll processing, configuration, and compliance, including earn codes, deduction structures, tax configuration, pay period administration, and year-end processing

• Proven experience with Labor Distribution setup, redistribution methodologies, account validation, and integration with general ledger systems for accurate cost allocation

• Functional proficiency in Benefits Administration, enrollment workflows, deduction management, carrier interfaces, and benefits reconciliation processes

• Working knowledge of Time Entry and Web Time Entry configuration, timesheet approval workflows, leave accruals, and attendance tracking for diverse employee populations





• Demonstrated capability in implementing Employee Self-Service portals, enabling faculty and staff to manage personal information, tax withholdings, direct deposit, and W-2 access

• Robust understanding of Functional Configuration including validation tables, rules engines, form configurations, and Banner business process customization to meet institutional requirements

• Consulting acumen in requirements gathering, business process analysis, gap assessment, change management, user training delivery, and stakeholder communication across functional and technical teams

• Project delivery experience including implementation planning, UAT coordination, data conversion validation, cutover management, go-live support, and post-implementation hypercare
