Ceramic Pro is looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Marketing Head / Marketing Manager who can take ownership of the brand’s marketing function and play a key role in building and scaling the brand.
This role is open to candidates from any industry who have demonstrated the ability to build a brand, create demand, develop strong marketing campaigns and operate successfully in a startup or high-growth environment. The ideal candidate should be a builder, creator and executor — someone who has taken a brand from an early stage and helped create meaningful market visibility and customer traction.

Location: We are primarily looking for candidates based in Hyderabad. However, candidates from other locations may be considered if they are willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

Mandatory Requirement
Startup + Brand-Building Experience
The candidate must have worked in a startup, early-stage or high-growth business setting and should have personally contributed to building a brand from scratch or significantly transforming/growing an early-stage brand.
We are looking for someone who has actually built, not someone who has only managed an established brand.
