Role Description The Customer Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate information regarding orders, deliveries, and services.



The role involves maintaining regular communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels, tracking service requests, and coordinating with internal teams to support smooth fulfillment operations. The Customer Service Executive will update customer records, monitor service performance, and contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes preparing basic reports, following standard operating procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in customer service processes.
