Role Description The Lead 3D Artist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving the visual direction and quality of 3D assets for VR, AR, and mixed reality experiences. This role involves leading the 3D art pipeline, creating high-quality models, textures, lighting setups,



and rigs that are optimized for real-time engines. The Lead 3D Artist will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to translate creative concepts into immersive, interactive environments and characters. Daily tasks include overseeing asset creation, reviewing and refining team outputs, maintaining consistent art standards, and ensuring assets integrate smoothly into Unreal Engine or Unity3D. The role also includes mentoring junior artists, contributing to workflow improvements, and participating in client reviews to align visual deliverables with project goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in 3D Modeling and Blender for creating and refining detailed assets and environments.
