Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will engage with prospective home buyers and investors, understand their needs, and recommend suitable residential and investment properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting property presentations and site visits, managing leads, following up with clients,



and supporting them through documentation and closing processes. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with developers, staying updated on market trends, and participating in promotional activities and training sessions to enhance product and market knowledge. The consultant will work closely with the internal team to ensure a high-quality, transparent, and personalized experience for every client.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Real Estate Sales and Sales skills for lead conversion, negotiation, and closing.
