Role Description: -
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Marketing Head with prior experience in NBFC, Fintech, Lending, DSA, Loan Aggregator, or Financial Services.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling the company's digital marketing activities with a primary focus on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and Customer Acquisition.





The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing personal loans or other financial products and should understand the complete digital acquisition funnel from generating leads to lead qualification, application, approval, and disbursement
.
This is a full-time leadership role requiring someone who can independently manage campaigns, budgets, marketing channels, agencies/teams, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads Management
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for loan/financial products.
Manage Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and other relevant Google campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, CAC, and ROI.
Continuously test ad copies, keywords, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Manage and optimize Google Ads budgets based on campa
