Role Description
The Front Desk Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.



The person in this role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and partners, greeting them professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments, and managing the reception area. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming phone calls, routing inquiries, managing appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and supporting basic administrative tasks such as document handling and data entry. The Front Desk Staff will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations, provide clear information to callers and visitors, and uphold OHT’s standards of customer service and professionalism. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications
Robust customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, to manage visitors
