Role Description The Product Development Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end development of new fastening products and enhancements to existing product lines, from concept to launch. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, collaborating with R&D; and manufacturing teams on product design and specifications, and assisting in feasibility and performance testing. The specialist will help define product requirements,



maintain product documentation, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful commercialization. The role also involves monitoring product performance, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and customers, and recommending improvements aligned with quality and industry standards.
