We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team in Delhi NCR.
This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional who can take end-to-end ownership of India payroll while also supporting global payroll operations and an upcoming HRIS/payroll transition.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Own end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Manage India statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, TDS & Qualified Tax
Coordinate payroll operations across India and support international payroll activities
Manage payroll vendors and payroll systems
Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, audits and month-end activities
Partner with HR and Finance on employee lifecycle and payroll changes
Support HRIS/payroll migration, vendor evaluation and implementation
Identify opportunities for payroll process improvement and automation
What we’re looking for:
4–7 years of payroll experience




Strong hands-on experience in India payroll and statutory compliance
Working knowledge of US and/or Philippines payroll is preferred
Experience with payroll vendors and HRIS/payroll systems
Prior exposure to US-based companies, US clients or multinational environments
Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset
Experience with PeopleStrong, GreytHR, Keka, Darwinbox or similar platforms is an advantage
