We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Growth Head who can take complete ownership of our D2C & e-commerce growth engine — from performance marketing and Shopify to brand building, social media and customer retention.

? What You’ll Own

* D2C & E-Commerce Growth: Drive online revenue, customer acquisition, retention and overall digital growth.
* Performance Marketing: Plan, execute and scale Meta Ads with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversions and revenue.
* Shopify: Strong knowledge of Shopify, website optimisation, conversion funnels, analytics and e-commerce operations.
* AI-First Marketing: Must actively use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and other AI platforms for strategy, research, content, creatives, analysis and automation.
* Social Media: Own social media strategy, content planning, engagement, growth and community building.
* Creative & Brand Building: Develop solid campaigns, creative concepts, brand communication and growth-led content.
* WhatsApp Marketing: Experience with tools such as Interakt, AiSensy or similar platforms for automation, campaigns,



retention and remarketing.
* Growth Strategy: Identify new growth opportunities, experiment with creatives, audiences, funnels, offers and channels.
* Analytics & Optimisation: Track performance, identify what’s working and continuously improve campaigns and the overall customer journey.

* Is highly data-driven but also has a strong creative and brand mindset.
* Can independently build and execute growth strategies.
* Is curious, proactive and constantly experiments with new AI tools, marketing trends and growth opportunities.
