The Opportunity
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to be the primary production design partner for our marketing team. You'll take our brand and messaging and bring it to life across digital ads, social content, web pages, email, and event materials — working closely with our U.S.-based marketing team to keep a high volume of polished, on-brand assets moving. This is a production-focused role: you'll be the person who reliably turns briefs into finished, ready-to ship design work across a wide range of formats, often on tight timelines.

What You'll Do
• Design digital ad creative (LinkedIn and other paid social/search platforms)



in multiple sizes and
formats for ongoing campaigns.
• Create social media graphics and cards for organic and paid channels.
• Design web pages and web assets in collaboration with our digital marketing team.
• Design conference banners, booth graphics, and other event/trade-show materials.
• Design marketing emails and templates, working within HubSpot (or a similar email platform) to
build and format campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, applying and helping evolve our visual identity
system.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, prioritizing and delivering against marketing team
deadlines.
• Partner closely with the U.S. marketing team across time zones, incorporating feedback quickly and
independently.
• Leverage AI design tools (e.g., generative image/video tools, Adobe's AI features, Canva AI) to
speed up production and get more design o
