Assistant Manager - Creative

Coffeeza is hiring a Creative Lead who thinks beyond design and turns ideas into campaigns.

We are looking for an ideas-driven, strategic, and hands-on Creative Lead who can lead Coffeeza's creative vision and build memorable brand experiences across digital, social media, campaigns, content, and consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall creative direction and creative strategy for Coffeeza.
Drive brainstorming sessions and generate fresh, innovative campaign ideas.
Develop concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, promotions, activations, and events.
Translate marketing and business objectives into strong creative concepts.
Develop campaign themes, taglines, storytelling, and communication ideas.
Create innovative concepts for social media, digital campaigns, reels, videos, and conten.
Identify emerging trends, consumer insights,



and cultural moments that can be leveraged by the brand.
Provide creative direction for photoshoots, video shoots, influencer campaigns, and collaborations.
Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, content creators, and external creative partners.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, E-commerce, and Leadership teams.
Present creative concepts and campaigns to senior stakeholders.
Ensure consistency in Coffeeza's brand identity and communication.
Balance creative excellence with commercial and business objectives.
What We're Looking For

6–12 years of experience in creative, advertising, brand, or marketing roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign conceptualisation and creative thinking.
Exceptional brainstorming and ideation skills.
Solid understanding of branding, packaging, advertising, storytelling, and consumer behaviour.
Ability to develop an idea from concept → strategy → executio
