Binary Waves Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Lead – BI & Microsoft Fabric to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Business Intelligence solutions.
This role requires a robust technical foundation, the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders, and experience in leading BI implementations using modern Microsoft data and analytics technologies.

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Experience: 7–10 Years
Immediate joiners preferred

Key Requirements:
7–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics
Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python
Hands-on experience in ETL development, data modeling, semantic models, DAX, and Power Query
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, and BigQuery
Ability to design and deliver enterprise dashboards, KPI reporting,



and analytical solutions
Experience working with ERP/SAP data and integrating multiple data sources
Strong client interaction, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring quality project delivery

Preferred:
Microsoft PL-300 Certification
Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and Microsoft Copilot
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
