A fast-scaling digital-first apparel brand disrupting the fashion ecosystem across India, we blend data-driven performance marketing with consumer-centric storytelling to scale omnichannel growth. Our performance marketing team sits at the heart of customer acquisition, retention, and LTV optimization—leveraging platforms like Meta, Google, and emerging social commerce channels to turn clicks into loyal buyers and virality into revenue.

Role & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok to drive scalable ROAS and CPA targets.
Build and manage audience segments, A/B test creatives and copy, and implement retargeting strategies for both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel conversions.
Monitor campaign performance in real-time, identify anomalies, and make data-backed adjustments to maximize budget efficiency and conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with Creative, E-commerce, and Analytics teams to align campaign messaging with product launches, offers, and inventory cycles.




Generate weekly performance dashboards and insights to inform marketing strategy, reporting on KPIs like CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, and funnel drop-offs.
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging social commerce trends to maintain competitive edge and innovation in campaign design.
