Role Description This is a full-time role with an in office presence in Mumbai and remote work options in Delhi and Bangalore, requiring regular meetings and participation in member events to drive growth and retention. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective members, conducting outreach via calls, meetings, and events, and presenting The Charter’s membership offerings in a clear, compelling manner. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals,



following up on leads, and closing membership deals to meet and exceed sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the community and events teams to align membership sales with programming, gather feedback from members and prospects, and contribute insights to refine the value proposition. Regular reporting on sales activities, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and representing The Charter professionally at events and partner engagements are key day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and consultative selling to senior professionals or business leaders.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities, with comfort engaging founders, investors, and influencers in person and over digital channels.
