Key Responsibilities
Review and validate customer-submitted information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform guidelines.
Upload verified customer data to the listing platform using standardized templates and operational workflows.
Communicate with customers to address discrepancies, request missing details, and guide them through the pre-onboarding process.
Draft professional emails, updates, and support communications in clear and fluent English.
Maintain Excel-based trackers, onboarding status sheets, templates, and issue logs.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Tech, QA, and other internal teams to streamline processes and resolve technical or data-related issues.
Provide timely customer support during the onboarding phase to ensure smooth activation.
Conduct periodic audits to maintain data integrity and ensure consistent platform quality.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, data verification, operations, or related functions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience with listing platforms, CRM tools, or CMS systems is an added advantage.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows concurrently.
Customer-centric approach with a positive and skilled communication style.
