Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Manager specializing in interior design sales, based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The role involves managing end-to-end sales for residential interior projects, including responding to inquiries, conducting client consultations, and understanding design requirements and budgets. The sales professional will prepare proposals,



present design solutions with the design team, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company targets. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a strong pipeline, following up on leads, coordinating with designers and project teams, and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial contact to project handover. The role is intended for experienced interior design sales professionals who can join immediately and contribute to revenue growth and brand reputation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in interior design sales, preferably in residential projects, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and translate needs into tailored design and pricing proposals.
Solid negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills, with a consultative sales approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skill
