Role Overview
Brand Manager reporting to CMO- the strategic force behind the identity, reputation, and voice. This role goes far beyond visual consistency—it's about architecting a powerful, emotional brand experience across every touchpoint, every stakeholder, and every project. From Masterbrand guardianship to PR, digital campaigns to curated events,



and customer journey mapping to ESG storytelling and it will shape how the world experiences and remembers the brand.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Identity & Governance
Define and enforce detailed brand guidelines, covering visual systems (e.g., logo usage, colour codes, typography hierarchy) and messaging tone to ensure consistency across all platforms and projects.
Serve as the master brand custodian—ensuring every project, whether in design, naming, or marketing, seamlessly aligns with the overarching luxury brand ethos.
Oversee and approve all internal and external creative assets, marketing communication, and visual identity elements, maintaining premium quality and adherence to brand codes.
2. Brand Campaigns & Content Strategy
Lead fully integrated 360° brand campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground channels in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
