Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CRM role located in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves managing and optimizing CRM systems, with a focus on qcom experience, to support customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle management. The CRM skilled will oversee data collection and segmentation, set up campaigns, track performance, and ensure accurate reporting on customer interactions and behavior. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer databases,



collaborating with marketing and sales teams to design targeted communication flows, and implementing automation to improve customer journeys. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, troubleshooting CRM-related issues, and ensuring compliance with internal data and privacy standards.
Qualifications
Strong CRM skills, including hands-on experience with qcom or similar CRM platforms, customer segmentation, and campaign management.
Data analysis and reporting capabilities, including proficiency with spreadsheets or BI tools to interpret customer metrics and performance dashboards.
Understanding of digital marketing and customer lifecycle strategies, including email, SMS, and in-app communication flows.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Ability to manage multiple project
