Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand technical requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and prepare quotations and proposals. The role involves demonstrating product capabilities,



providing technical consultations during pre-sales and post-sales activities, and coordinating with internal engineering teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. The Sales Engineer will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, support contract negotiations, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. The position also includes handling customer feedback, offering frontline technical support, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and support processes.

Qualifications
Engineering graduate from any discipline
Good Communication skills including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to manage opportunities, build relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Ability to travel to customer locations as needed and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
