Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MEP Manager role based in Pune. The MEP Manager will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards,



and local regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating MEP activities among internal teams, consultants, and contractors, reviewing drawings and designs, and resolving technical issues at site. The role involves managing procurement of MEP materials and equipment, monitoring installation and commissioning, and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The MEP Manager will also prepare progress reports, support cost and resource planning, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong MEP Coordination and general Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) skills for managing multi-disciplinary systems on complex projects.
Candidates should possess MEP Design and Plumbing skills for reviewing, validating, and optimizing engineering drawings and specifications.
