Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities,



with a focus on healthcare organizations that can benefit from SHAI’s integrated revenue cycle and performance solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, preparing and delivering client presentations, and supporting proposal development to drive revenue growth. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, and tracking business development activities in CRM or similar tools. The Executive will collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies, monitor market trends, and contribute to achieving sales and growth targets.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience in identifying and qualifying prospects and cold-calling, emailing and socially/digitally connecting with them.
Strong Business acumen, including understanding of healthcare services, revenue cycle, or related operational domains.
