Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving growth of Bhawani Fitness’s online fertility and wellness programs. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads through digital and direct outreach, and managing a pipeline of prospective clients. The role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, presenting suitable program offerings,



and maintaining strong relationships to support long-term retention. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine messaging, improve client acquisition strategies, and provide input on market trends and customer feedback. Consistent reporting on sales activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates is expected.

Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
