Role Description The Receptionist Sales role is a full time, on-site position based at Nuvana’s clinic in Colaba. The Receptionist Sales professional will greet and assist visitors, manage front desk operations, handle incoming phone calls, and schedule appointments. This role will include explaining services, guiding clients through offerings,



and supporting sales by promoting suitable treatments and packages. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records, processing payments, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring a welcoming, professional atmosphere. The individual will contribute to a seamless client experience from first contact through follow-up, supporting both service delivery and revenue growth.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to manage the front desk, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries, provide information, and represent the clinic professionally.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience, resolve issues, and build client trust.
Prior experience in a clinic, spa, salon, or hospitality environment
