Function:
The Functional Consultant will provide support following the implementation of the Itineris solution.



Customers will receive functional and/or technical assistance to ensure optimal application performance and maintain operational continuity.
The role is based in Hyderabad, India.

As a Functional Consultant, you will:
Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with the Itineris UMAX solution.
Manage assigned tickets, incidents, and service requests, ensuring SLAs are met.
Analyze, configure, and test solutions to meet customer goals and ensure quality of delivery.
Facilitate customer interactions, including participation in user workshops, off-site testing, and
