About the Role
HiLabs is looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Business Development & HR Operations Intern. This is a hybrid role involving student outreach, admissions follow-ups, Co-founder support, and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with prospective students over the phone, explaining our programs, following up consistently, managing professional email communication, and supporting internal HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Contact prospective students through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Explain HiLabs programs, eligibility requirements, benefits, fees, and admission processes.
Understand students’ educational backgrounds and career goals and guide them towards suitable programs.




Follow up with interested students and support them throughout the application and admission process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and admission status.
Work towards assigned outreach, follow-up, appointment, and enrolment targets.
Coordinate assessments, counselling sessions, office visits, and admission-related activities.
Collect feedback from prospective students and share relevant insights with the management team.

Co-founder and Administrative Support
Assist the Co-founder with qualified email communication and follow-ups.
Organise important messages, documents, schedules, and pending action items.
Draft routine emails, candidate communications, meeting notes, and internal updates.
Follow up with candidates, employees, students, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.
Maintain confidentiality while handling company and employee information.
