Role Description This full-time, in office Sales Executive role is based in Kottarakara and focuses on driving growth for Rentokil PCI’s pest control services. The Sales Executive identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, follows up on leads,



and conducts client visits to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions. The role includes preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating terms within established guidelines, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. Day-to-day activities involve managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in company systems, and coordinating with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Sales Executive is also expected to build long-term client relationships, provide post-sale support, and represent the brand professionally in the local market.

Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
Customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present solutions clearly.
Negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
