Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Manager - Enterprise Partnerships/ Business Development to lead new business acquisition and contribute directly to dau’s revenue growth.
This is a hands-on sales role requiring ownership of the complete sales cycle from building the pipeline and conducting discovery meetings to developing solutions, negotiating commercials, and closing high-value accounts. The Sales Manager will also guide the sales team, monitor performance, improve sales processes, and ensure predictable revenue delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Own and achieve monthly,



quarterly, and annual current-business revenue targets.
Develop and execute a structured sales strategy across outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, inbound enquiries, and key accounts.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities.
Personally lead discovery meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures for strategic and high-value accounts.
Understand client challenges and work with internal teams to develop relevant digital solutions.
Create customised proposals, commercial estimates, pitch decks, and scope-of-work documents.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closure, and handover.
Lead, mentor, and review the performance of sales executives, including their outreach, pipeline, meetings, and closures.
Establish clear activity and outcome-based targets for the sales team.
