Role Description The Sales Manager role at Fabemon is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals for the company’s digital services. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their digital marketing needs, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, monitoring account performance, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will track sales metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and contribute to sales strategies and market positioning.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or technology services.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
Ability to understand and explain services related to social media, SEO, paid advertising, website development, and analytics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with using CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts in a quick-paced environment.
