Role Description The Director of Marketing and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This position leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen NUDGE Asia’s brand, drive new business, and deepen relationships with existing clients.



Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market planning and positioning, guiding campaign development, managing marketing budgets, and ensuring alignment between creative, digital, experiential, and production teams. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, leading pitches and proposals, building strategic partnerships, and tracking performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions. The director will mentor and manage team members, collaborate with senior leadership on long-term vision, and represent NUDGE Asia at industry events and client meetings.
