IFERP is looking for a Quality Control Executive to monitor and improve the quality of our internal and external voice and non-voice communications.

Key responsibilities:
• Call monitoring
• Chat evaluation
• Performance matrix formation
• Quality checking of voice communications
• Quality checking of non-voice communications

What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to evaluate communication quality objectively
