Key Responsibilities
• Assemble Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), robotic systems, and defence hardware components with high precision.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematic instructions.
• Perform soldering, wire harnessing, and mechanical integration of electromechanical components.
• Integrate and calibrate sensors, actuators, motors, and controllers used in robotics and drones.
• Flash firmware and assist in testing communication interfaces using ROS (Robot Operating System).
• Troubleshoot and verify communication protocols, with a strong focus on CAN bus networks.




• Conduct quality checks and functional testing on sub-assemblies to find and fix defects.
• Follow strict safety and security protocols for defence-grade manufacturing.
• Maintain inventory records of tools, raw materials, and finished goods.

Requirements
• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in UAV, robotics, aerospace, or defence manufacturing.
• Diploma or degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field).
• Solid knowledge of PCB assembly, wiring, mechanical tools, and robotic hardware systems.
• Familiarity with testing robotic mechanisms, drivetrains, or automated systems.
• Ability to work in a secure, high-compliance production environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
