Material Handling:
Oversee the proper handling, storage, and movement of steel structures and components to prevent damage.
Logistics & Dispatch:
Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth inbound and outbound operations, ensuring timely dispatch of materials.
Warehouse Organization:
Implement best practices in warehouse layout and storage solutions to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse premises.
Team Supervision:
Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, conduct training, and monitor performance.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain records of inventory transactions, material receipts, dispatch logs, and stock reconciliation.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with suppliers and transporters for effective supply chain management.
Technology Utilization:
Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance tracking and reporting.
Process Improvement:
Continuously review and improve warehouse operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Must have skills
Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
Knowledge in ERP NWay is preferred
At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
