Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end residential interior projects, from initial client consultation and concept development to final execution and handover. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing design proposals, developing detailed drawings, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring that designs are delivered on time, within budget, and to Truww’s quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, 3D visualizers,



and procurement teams, as well as regular communication with clients to refine designs and manage expectations. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of office, site, and work-from-home responsibilities depending on project needs.
Qualifications

Strong Interior Design and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) skills, including concept creation, material selection, and finishes coordination.
Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to optimize layouts and ensure functional, aesthetic, and code-compliant designs.
Experience with Construction Drawings and technical documentation, including detailed working drawings, BOQs, and specifications for execution teams.
Advanced skills in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and familiarity with project management tools.
