You naturally think in videos and understand production, pacing, and storytelling.

? About the role:
As we look to ramp up our output over the next 3-6 months, you'll be a huge part of helping us level up and grow across all platforms. This will include:
Deep dive editing long-form & short-form content for our YouTube and content for our Instagram pages (Rocket Health & Cancel Stigma).
Repurposing content from videos for other social media platforms. This would require converting long clips and recordings into short-form clips and reels, which we can use across platforms including Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Contributing to both pre-production and post-production to enhance overall video quality.
You’ll get the chance to be part of our production ops and shoots,



supporting how everything comes together end to end.
Suggesting video ideas in line with the brand.

? Skills and Qualifications:
You have a strong command of Adobe Premiere & Adobe After Effects (or equivalent editing tools)
You’re comfortable working with log footage and have a solid eye for colour grading
You have working experience with motion graphics and can enhance videos with clean, purposeful animations
You take initiative and actively suggest new creative directions or ideas
You manage timelines well, consistently meeting deadlines and staying ahead of schedule
Prior experience in a similar role is mandatory, either freelance or full-time
Bonus: A strong portfolio or standout work that shows your taste, storytelling, and attention to detail
