Key Responsibilities
•Solution Leadership & Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of customizations, plugins, workflows, and extensions within Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, using C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers throughout the project lifecycle.
•End-to-End Implementation: Own the technical delivery of full-cycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations — from requirements gathering and solution architecture through configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
•Integration Management: Architect and implement seamless integrations between D365 CRM and external systems (including FinOps where applicable) using APIs, Dataverse, Logic Apps,Azure Functions, and other middleware tools.
•Requirements Analysis: Partner directly with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and architecture documents.
•Data Management: Oversee data migration activities,



ensure data integrity, and manage CRM data using tools like XRMToolbox, SSIS, and the Data Management Framework (DMF) where FinOps integration is involved.
•Reporting & Analytics: Guide the development and customization of reports and dashboards using SSRS, FetchXML, and Power BI to deliver actionable business insights.
•Lifecycle Management (ALM): Drive the use of Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS) for source control, release management, CI/CD pipelines, and setting monitoring.
•Technical Governance & Optimization: Establish coding standards, lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and security policies.
•Stakeholder & Project Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients/stakeholders during implementation, manage technical risk, and ensure delivery timelines are met in an
